Our Cancellation & RefundPolicy

1. Refund Policy:

1.1 Individual Therapy Sessions:   1.1.1 If you need to cancel an individual therapy session, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund.   1.1.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.

1.2 Group Therapy Sessions:   1.2.1 If you need to cancel your participation in a group therapy session, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.   1.2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled group therapy session will not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Workshops and Events:   1.3.1 For workshops and events, a refund may be provided if the cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.   1.3.2 Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled date of the workshop or event will not be eligible for a refund. 1.4 Subscription Plans:  

1.4.1 For subscription plans, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not accessed any premium content or services during that time.   1.4.2 If you have accessed premium content or services during the first 14 days of your subscription, the refund will be prorated based on the portion of the subscription period used.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Individual Therapy Sessions:   2.1.1 To reschedule an individual therapy session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the session. Only 1 reschedule is allowed per booking.

2.2 Group Therapy Sessions:   2.2.1 To cancel your participation in a group therapy session, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

2.3 Workshops and Events:   2.3.1 To cancel your participation in a workshop or event, please notify us at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date.

2.4 Subscription Plans:   2.4.1 You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the subscription period.

3. Refunds and Processing:

3.1 All refund requests must be made via email to [contact@superyouclub.com]. Please provide your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

3.2 Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days from the date of the refund request approval.

3.3 Refund processing will depend on the payment method.

4. Changes to the Policy:

4.1 Super You Club reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
